Happy Mother's Day!

These three people are why I am who I am today. A mom.

And if it weren't for my mom, and my grandmas, I wouldn't even be here today. So thanks to my grandmas for gettin' it on with my grandpas and having my mom and dad. And thanks mom & dad for gettin' it on (eew!) and having me!

Friday Finds on Etsy: Analiese Designs

This is one of my favorite sellers on Etsy. Analiese Designs is the very FIRST shop I bought from! While I've been slacking in purchasing from her lately (sorry Rachel!!), I still love her things and wear my pendants all the time. I've given her pendants as gifts, and I always get compliments when I wear one of them out.

She is really great with customer service! There have been a couple of times that I found a pendant that I had to have, but wanted a different color, so I asked her, and boy did she deliver!!

Mother's Day Gift Idea

The other day while I was cutting up strawberries in the kitchen and trying not to stain my shirt, I had a realization.

I need an apron.

But not just any apron. I need this apron. It's from SassyAprons on Etsy.I told hubby that I wanted it for my Mother's Day gift, and he laughed and said "Yeah right! If I buy you an apron as a gift I'd never hear the end of it!"

Now, normally he'd be correct in his assumption...husbands should not buy their wives household items (i.e kitchen appliances, vaccum cleaners, etc) as gifts. But this is what I want. Desperately. I want to be a hot housewife in my sexy apron!!

*Heavy Sigh*

I guess I'll just keep drooling over it until I get a few more sales on Etsy so I can buy it for myself!!
